WeCareKids grew from a simple belief: children thrive when adults build connection, meaningful activity, mutual respect, and real empowerment into everyday care.
Since graduating with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology in 2007, Tingting has taught students from ages 1 to 18 across kindergarten, elementary, and middle school settings.
Those experiences showed how deeply character traits and thinking habits influence a person’s lifelong journey. That insight led to the development of the C.A.R.E. Education Approach , a practical framework for intrinsic motivation, personal growth, and character development.
Today, WeCareKids brings that philosophy into parent training, educator workshops, and child care business consultation.
