Mommy Goose Fun Judo introductory curriculum combining fun and physical activity for children along with the learning of fundamental judo techniques, terminology and values; including friendship and respect, that will stay with them throughout their lives.

We use fun animal movements,  games and exercises to make each class fun and enjoyable.There is also a Theory element that consists of some Japanese words and their meanings and questions on our Judo code such as safety rules etc.

The program is designed to provide children of all abilities the opportunity to have a successful first experience of this great Olympic sport.
